Question

What is the mask policy for the weekend?

Answer

We've confirmed with our venues that since CA re-opened on June 15, you will NOT be required to wear a mask at any of our events if you are vaccinated (welcome party, wedding or brunch). We recommend bringing one for the trip overall, in case you plan on visiting other venues (wineries, restaurants, etc.) since those may have different policies.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please plan to arrive by 3:30pm to grab yourself a drink, take in the beautiful scenery and get yourself comfortable!

Question

Will there be shuttles to/from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttles bringing people to Olympia's Valley and back. Details: Arriving at OVE: 2:45pm: Pick-up at Sheraton 3pm: Pick-up at Hotel Petaluma Departing OVE (drop-off at Hotel Petaluma and Sheraton): 10pm: Departure #1 11pm: Departure #2

Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

Petaluma is 1 hour from San Francisco, and 1.5 hours from SFO (without traffic). Renting a car will be the easiest but you can also take an Uber from SFO to Hotel Petaluma for ~$100. Once you arrive in Petaluma, Uber (or our shuttles) will be the easiest way to get to our events!

Question

What will parking be like at your venues?

Answer

Brewsters: Parking is available at Brewsters (along with street parking). Brewsters is also walking distance from downtown Petaluma. Olympia's Valley Estate: Parking is available Olympia's Valley. There is also the option to drive to the venue and leave your car overnight if you plan on drinking (to be picked up the following day). Pub Republic: Ample parking at Pub Republic!

Question

What does "Garden Glam" mean?

Answer

Great question! Anything you would wear to a fancy/formal outdoor party. Think long, flowy dresses for ladies and suits for men. Olympia's Valley is a beautiful farm - ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside with gravel and grass, and dancing will be inside a barn. Ladies - we highly recommend flats, wedges or block heels (vs stilettos), as you probably don't want your shoes aerating their lawn :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest” or mentions your date's name, then yes! If not, we would prefer it is just you please. We are hoping to keep our big day as intimate as possible, we hope you understand!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kids, but we want this to be your night off! Please let us know if you need any help finding a sitter.
