Mallery is Cassie's wonderful sister-in-law. She and Darin have been married for 3 years now and are the perfect hosts when Cassie and Eric come to town. Cassie and Mal have bonded over their love of cabernet, intermural sports, and extravagant brunches.

Erin and Cassie have been best friends for 15+ years now. The two met playing middle-school volleyball and the rest is history. Despite living 400 miles apart, their friendship has remained strong through couples trips, lots of visits, and late-night phone calls.

Another Ohio best friend! Chelsea made up the other third of our volleyball dream team; Cassie passed, Chelsea set, and Erin hit. If you can't tell from the photos, Chelsea and Erin are returning the bridesmaid favor for Cassie.

Sharyn and Cassie met in college and quickly became Big Sister/Little Sister in their sorority (Alpha Chi Omega). The two have kept their family bond intact post-grad with visits between Philly and Durham. Fun Fact: They even have matching tattoos!

During the Great Quar, Cassie had the opportunity to get to know Jenna (Carter's girlfriend) better. She is the perfect addition to the Grimm family (and we're hoping Carter makes that official sometime soon ;)). We're so excited to have her in our party!

Rick and Eric met right before freshman year of high school and have been close friends ever since. Both did very well in many high school clubs and sports together (ROTC, wrestling, and cross country just to name a few). Competing in these activities with each other and remaining close over the last 15 years has laid the foundation for a very strong friendship between them both.
Kentrel Morrow

Kentrel and Eric have been friends for about as long as either of them can likely remember. They met over a common interest on the elementary school bus (which happened to be Dragon Ball Z). That initial conversation led to a friendship which has lasted over two decades and counting! Over the years, they've both lived in Burlington during grade school, Greensboro for college, and now Durham in their adult lives. Where one is located, the other is surely not far away.
George Reiss

George and Eric attended the same high school, but actually didn't mean until they coincidentally ended up in a class together freshman year of college. Since that class they became roommates and great friends over the next few years of college and that friendship continues very strong to this very day.
Daylon Scott

Daylon and Eric met through high school wrestling and were each other's primary training partner during Eric's senior year. That year brought them very close and they had plenty of good times through college. They still get together frequently to enjoy common interests such as MMA, video games, and catching up on old times.
Carter Grimm

Carter is Cassie's younger brother. He and Eric have now each other since 2015, when the family got together for the Virginia Tech homecoming football game. After graduating, he moved to Charlotte. Cassie and Eric couldn't be happier to have another Grimm in the same state.
Darin Grimm

Darin is Cassie's older brother. He and Eric are the same age have known each other for over 5 years. They always enjoy each others company when they get together and share a love for hot sauces.
