Hyatt Regency Green Bay

We have reserved a room block at the Hyatt Regency Green Bay for our wedding weekend, with rooms available Saturday and a limited number on Friday. We recommend booking early, as more rooms can be added based on availability. If you don’t see rooms available, please reach out to us before booking elsewhere - we can request additional rooms, though it may take a day for the hotel to update. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. If you plan to take the shuttle, we recommend arriving dressed or contacting the hotel the morning of your arrival to request early check-in. Luggage storage is available if needed. Early check-in (as early as 1:00 PM) is based on availability and may include a fee for non–World of Hyatt members. World of Hyatt membership is free to join and may allow for complimentary early check-in. Parking: Overnight surface-lot parking is $10 per day. Additional parking is available in the adjacent city garage. Distance to Venue: The Hyatt is about 12 minutes from Black Sheep Wedding & Events. Parking at the Venue: There is plenty of parking available at the venue. If you choose to leave your car overnight, it must be picked up by 10:00 AM the following morning. Other Lodging Options: If the block fills or you prefer another location, Green Bay has many hotels and Airbnbs. Getting Around: A shuttle will be available to transport guests between the hotel and the venue. Pick-up from the hotel will be at 3:25 PM on two buses. Return shuttles from the venue will run at 9:30 PM, 10:00 PM, 10:30 PM, 10:45 PM, and 11:10 PM. On the return trips, buses will stop at the hotel and along the bars on N Washington St. Uber and Lyft are also available.
