Will transportation be provided?
Answer
A shuttle will take guests from the Courtyard Marriott to the ceremony site (15 min), then from the ceremony site to the reception (15 min), then back to the Courtyard Marriott (5 min). The shuttle will leave for the ceremony promptly at 3:15pm from the hotel. Ubers and Lyfts are fairly reliable in Tarrytown, though the wait time may be long (especially late at night).

The ceremony will start right at 4pm, so we recommend getting there early to find your seat. If you're taking the shuttle, it will leave promptly at 3:15pm from the hotel.

How do I select my meal option? Will there be vegan/vegetarian options?
Answer
Meal orders will be taken table-side during the reception. Vegetarian and other special dietary requests will be accommodated.

How's the weather up there?

Early May could mean cold and rainy or hot and sunny -- pack an umbrella and jacket just in case! Note that the ceremony and reception will both be indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests unless otherwise noted on your invitation. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your children, but due to venue restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 for the ceremony and reception. Please let us know if you need assistance finding babysitting services in the area.
