We met in Rio Rancho, New Mexico while working at for the same employer when my department merged with his. We started seeing each other outside of the office with Eric showing me a few places around his state in the desert and mountains. We both enjoyed going to new eateries for a fun bite or taking my dog(s) out for a stroll on the west mesa of Rio Rancho. After some time and a lot of silliness, in August 2019 I asked Eric if he would marry me and he said yes!
