Please RSVP bv 05/01/2026 on our wedding website (we know you found it!) If you have any difficulties, you can RSVP to bbeswed@gmail.com. Please put RSVP in the email subject.
You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If the RSVP date has passed, please message us at bbeswed@gmail.com so we can make adjustments.
Of course! Come when you can – just don’t forget to RSVP “no” to events you won’t be attending.
Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If it includes a guest or plus one, then yes! Although we would love to offer more invitations to all guests, we have more loved ones than ceremony space and must adhere to a strict guest list to meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.
We welcome your little ones! We just ask that you keep a close eye on them throughout the evening and since it is a small space, please remove them from the ceremony if they are disruptive. Please RSVP with their attendance so we can adjust catering numbers accordingly.
Your presence at our wedding is the best present of all and we are lucky to have all that we need. However, we know that some want to get us a gift, so we do have a registry of heirlooms and upgrades, we would appreciate contributions toward our honeymoon activities and date nights. This information can be found on the Registry tab of our website.
The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. The ceremony will be indoors with (hopefully) brief group photos taken outside. British-style fascinators welcome!
We invite you to join us in wearing our wedding colors, which include Navy Blue, Dusty Blue and “OSU Orange” (Go Pokes!) as an accent color, but any neutral color will do! For photos, we ask that you avoid extremely vibrant colors (while impressive, please avoid an orange suit or dress). Our bridesmaids will be wearing dusty blue, and our groomsmen will be wearing Grey or Navy Blue.
The wedding and reception will both be indoors so whatever makes you comfortable, happy and matches your semi-formal outfit. If you want to buy some convertible heels, use Brigitte's referral link: https://prz.io/eRnE4Dbc2
It’s July in Oklahoma so who knows. We expect it to be sunny and warm in the 70s to 90s or possibly warm and rainy but Oklahoma doesn’t have seasons, it has weekdays. We recommend checking the weather the week-of before packing. The wedding will be climate-controlled. No need to pack any winter gear.
We are working on hotel room blocks and will update when we have more information. Feel free to check our "Travel" page for more information about hotels in the area.
We are not providing transportation to and from the events, but the ceremony and reception are in the same location and there is plenty of free parking available. If you do not wish to drive, we suggest taking an Uber or Lyft or carpooling with other guests. Please note that Oklahoma is car-heavy and public transportation is not recommended. Ride Share or rental cars are your best bet if flying in.
Yes, there is plenty of parking on site. After you park, walk past the fountain through the cul-de-sac and follow the signs to the ceremony.
We will be hiring a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony and be in the moment. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!
In order to provide the wide selection of drinks for our guests, a fully stocked cash bar will be available and some drink tickets will be provided.
We plan for the reception to end around 10:30 or 11pm with a Scottish tradition of Auld Lang Syne. We expect to be exhausted from a full day of activities and don’t plan to host an afterparty. We take no responsibility for which hotel rooms choose to keep the party going.
The venue does not allow smoking indoors but you are welcome to step into the portico or outdoors. Please follow all venue policies and instructions.
Please don't! Oklahoma has very strict liquor laws and the venue is only licensed for certain rooms in the venue. Please follow any venue restrictions regarding alcohol or it will be at risk of being confiscated or the party shut down.
