Alright folks—it’s time to head into the mountains! Please join us for a drink, followed by the ceremony. Water, beer, and wine will be provided. The ceremony will take place about 3 miles outside of Cooke City. For those who like to navigate by map, the location coordinates are 45.03617, -109.91129, which can be entered into Google Maps, Apple Maps, or your preferred navigation app. To make logistics easy, we’ll be organizing a caravan from Cooke City, meeting at the High Country Motel. The first 1.5 miles of the drive are paved, followed by 1.5 miles of unpaved road. High-clearance vehicles are required for the final stretch. Parking at the ceremony site is limited, so carpooling will be essential. We’ll have shuttles (trucks and 4x4s) available to transport guests. Walking is also an option, but keep in mind that it may be hot and dusty in late summer. Please check back as the date approaches—additional details will be shared.

After the ceremony, head into town for food, drinks, and dancing! The reception will take place at the “Ball Field” as it’s known by the locals. Please join us for dinner, speeches, and dancing!
