RSVP's not submitted by MAY 11 will be marked as "no". RSVP for your household through the page on our website or QR code on your invite. Indicate who will & won't be attending. Due to venue capacity limits, only guests listed on your invite may attend.
Guests may park in Poplar Hall's lot, the street, or neighboring lots. Guests may not park overnight at the hotel unless they are staying there.
Per the venue's liquor license policy, alcohol is not served to anyone under 21 (including minors accompanied by a guardian). Alcoholic carry-ins will be confiscated and subject to additional fees.
We're having an "unplugged" ceremony. Please put phones & cameras away to be present with us.
Late arrivals will not be admitted into the ceremony once it begins at 3, but may join us after for cocktail hour.
Complimentary beer, wine, soda & water will be provided. The bar is cashless and accepts credit/debit card or digital payment for all other beverages.
Appetizer-style items will be available before dinner, followed by a buffet-style meal served & catered by a local favorite - Stone Arch Brew Pub. There will be 2 meat options, various sides & desserts!
