It was May of 2015 when the world brought Aundrea and Eric together. Aundrea was working as a waitress at Lonestar, and that night, she was working a closing shift. Little did she know that her life was about to change meeting her other-half! Eric had come home for a quick trip from Alberta and decided to pay a visit to his friend Mike, who happened to be Aundrea's manager at Lonestar. Mike wasted no time in telling Aundrea that she should stick around and meet his friend from Alberta. As Eric walked up the stairs, Aundrea was cashing out from her shift, and in that moment, she knew that there was something special about him. Eric's jokes and his natural charm swept Aundrea off her feet. As soon as Aundrea got home, she knew she had to find him on Instagram (yes, she slid into his DM's!) and connect with him. From that day on, they were inseparable. Their love blossomed, and they were willing to do anything to be with each other. Despite being in a long-distance relationship for a year and a half, Aundrea would travel to Alberta to see Eric, and he would come home for the holidays to see her. Fast forward to 8 years later, and their love has stood the test of time. They are finally getting married, and it's a dream come true for both of them.

On June 20th, 2021, Eric and Aundrea's lives changed forever. Aundrea had just graduated from nursing school the day before, and Eric had planned the perfect surprise to celebrate her accomplishment. As they were enjoying dinner at Mati with two of Aundrea's closest friends, Antoinette and Justine, Eric received a "service call" from work, which meant he had to leave early the next morning. Aundrea thought they had planned a Father's Day lunch, but little did she know, Eric had something else up his sleeve. He left for the "service call" early the next morning and said he would join the lunch later. Aundrea's mom picked her up that morning for some errands, which was actually a diversion while everyone was setting up the most beautiful and stunning engagement. Aundrea's brother even got involved by calling her to find a beer at the LCBO that didn't exist just to keep them out longer! Finally, they arrived at the house, and Aundrea's mom said she needed to put on a blindfold because they had a "really big" gift for her graduation that didn't fit in the car. Aundrea thought nothing of it and put on the blindfold, walking up the driveway with her mom's guidance. As the blindfold came off, music started playing, and Eric was standing beside a beautiful flower wall and decorated backyard. All of their close friends and family were waiting for Aundrea to walk towards Eric, where he proposed. It was an indescribable feeling, a day full of so much love and joy that it's impossible to forget. Aundrea and Eric will cherish this moment forever, and it's just the beginning of their beautiful journey together.
