Question

Will there be hotel blocks? Will there be shuttle service from hotels?

Answer

Due to the small amount of out-of-town guests, we did not have the required amount of rooms necessary to block off rooms. Should you need a hotel room, recommended hotels in the area have be posted in the Travel section.

Question

What steps is the venue taking to ensure the safety of guests & staff during the COVID-19 Pandemic?

Answer

The Madison staff are advised to stay home if feeling ill, wear face coverings/masks and gloves during the entire duration of the event, and maintain extra hygienic care during the event. Guests will be spaced out according to CDC Guidelines for both the Ceremony & Reception. Cocktail Hour will not have any seating, and no food stations/buffets will be available. The ceremony is indoors. Guests will be required to wear masks. The masks will be provided for your convenience.

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

The bride and groom respectfully request that this be an adult (16+) only event.

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Due to new outdoor facilities, parking is limited on the premises. Street parking is available, and overflow lot is located across the street from the venue. If driving to the venue, please allot time to park and walk a short distance (I promise it's a short distance).

WIll there be any outdoor restroom facilities?

Answer

The restrooms are located inside The Madison. When using the facilities, guest will be required to wear face coverings/masks.

Will there be a smoking section?

Answer

Smoking is prohibited inside the Courtyard and Reception Tent. The venue will provide a smoking section outside of the main gate.

What will the weather be like on that day?

Answer

Due to this being an outdoor event, it is suggested to frequently check the weather, and bring any coat or jacket if you feel necessary.

What happens if it is raining on the day of the event?

Answer

This is a Rain or Shine event. In the event of rain, the Cocktail Hour will be moved from the Courtyard to the Cocktail Hour Tent attached to the main Reception Tent. No other scheduled events will be affected by the rain.

When should I arrive to the event?

Answer

It is suggested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the Ceremony.

Please RSVP by Saturday, October 3, 2020. You may respond by mail or online via the wedding website.
