Our reception meal will be buffet style catered by Old Carolina BBQ. Our caterer will offer vegetarian/vegan options upon request, so please note this or any other dietary restrictions in your RSVP and we will work with our caterer to accommodate.
We recognize the weather can be hot at this time of year and want to do our best to make you feel comfortable. As such, we are requesting that our guests wear Semi-Formal attire (Yes gentlemen- that means golf shirts are acceptable).
Both the wedding and accompanying cocktail hour/reception will be held at Ariel International Center which has its own building parking lot with ample space for our guests to park in.
Although we love children, we will be having a children free night! Your wedding invitation will be addressed directly to those invited to the ceremony. We ask that you kindly respect Eric and Amanda’s wishes for their special day.
Unless specified on your formal invitation, we ask that you do not bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM EST. Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to avoid any unnecessary delays.
The formal wedding invitation will list the RSVP deadline. Please RSVP to the formal invitation sent to you NO LATER than the requested deadline so we can provide our venue and caterer an accurate headcount.
Transportation is only available to the wedding party at this time to our registered hotel. Should space permit, others staying in the room block specified on the travel page may be welcome. As the wedding is just outside of Downtown Cleveland, Ubers and Lyfts are always prevalent regardless of the day should you need a safe method of transportation to your destination. Cars may be left overnight at the venue so long as they are picked up prior to 9:00 AM.
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hyatt Regency at the Arcade. Please refer to the Travel page. These discounted rooms are limited but there are several other hotels located in Downtown Cleveland just minutes from the venue.
Our wedding registry will be located directly on our website under the “Registry” tab where you can purchase gifts that will be delivered directly to the bride and groom or contribute to one of their wedding funds.
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” meaning no photos! We ask all guests to follow this and be completely present during our special time. Our hired professionals will be doing the photo taking during this time. Feel free to take all the photos you like after we say “I do!”
If you do not RSVP, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. If you were to show up, there will be no seats for you. Make sure you RSVP before the deadline!
