Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 3rd (or sooner!) so we can get an accurate headcount for wedding events.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, this will be a child free event. That said, we know many of you are traveling from out of state and may wish to bring your children with you to enjoy beautiful Colorado in the fall! The bride and groom are exploring potential options for guests that may like to have child care during the wedding - please reach out so we can help coordinate.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire! Suit and tie for men, and midi, floor length, or elegant cocktail dress for women. There will not be much in the way of walking on grass or gravel (for any women planning shoes!)

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle departing from the Kimpton hotel to and from the wedding venue. There are several other hotels that are a ~15 min walk or a short Lyft ride away from the Kimpton if you’d prefer a different hotel to stay at but would still like to take the shuttle to the wedding. Please inquire with us for a list!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

While we encourage all of our guests to take the shuttle, for those that prefer to drive there is complementary valet parking for all guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We can easily accommodate all allergies, including dairy and gluten. Almost everything at the event will be gluten free, but please note this as well as any other restrictions on your RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately not everyone will get a plus one. Please refer to your invitation to determine if you have been given a plus one.
