FAQs

If you have questions other than what is listed here, please reach out to the Mother of the Bride, Robin Corpuz at 409-719-1477.
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. To avoid any disruptions, guests who arrive after the ceremony begins will be kindly asked to wait outside until it concludes. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, and we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing denim. Women are encouraged to wear midi or maxi dresses, while men are encouraged to wear a suit (slacks and a jacket are acceptable). We want everyone to feel stylish and comfortable as we celebrate this special day!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony will be phone-free, so we kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during that time. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like to capture the celebration!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ample on-site parking is available. Guests who plan to enjoy drinks may wish to arrange transportation to and from the venue as it is not recommended to leave your vehicle overnight. If you must leave your car overnight, please leave your name and phone number with the venue manager. Depending on the venue’s schedule, they may be able to coordinate a pickup time the next day, though next-day pickup cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the day after the wedding is a holiday and the venue may be closed. For guests with mobility concerns, the venue offers golf cart shuttles to assist with transportation to and from the ceremony and reception areas. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use this service so we can make arrangements.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift of all! If you’d like to browse our registry, it’s available through Zola under the Registry tab at the top of this website.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are several hotels within 5 minutes of the venue, offering a range of price points. We’ve listed two of them on the Travel section of our website. Additionally, there are plenty of nearby Airbnb rentals available for those looking for a more unique stay. Be sure to check out the Travel page for more details and options!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but cocktail hour will take place outside, weather permitting. There is a short walk outside from the chapel to the reception space and cocktail lawn. If you have any mobility concerns, we can arrange golf cart shuttles to assist with transportation between the spaces.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are warmly invited to join us on our special day! We understand that some of our guests may prefer a kid-free evening, so if you'd rather enjoy the celebration without your little ones, we completely understand. The choice is yours, and we want you to feel comfortable either way!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by January 5th so we can finalize our details with our vendors. Due to catering and seating arrangements, if we do not receive your response by this date, we will have to record it as a regretfully declined invitation. We hope you understand and are so excited to celebrate with those who can make it!

Question

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration, so if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP online. There will be a prompt for dietary restrictions where you can provide this information. We’ll do our best to accommodate special requests, so the earlier we know, the better!
