After getting off flight, follow the signs to "Ground Transportation" and "Baggage Claim." When ready, walk outside and look for "Passenger Pickups" or a designated area labeled, "TNC/Rideshares." From there you can order an Uber or Lyft or hail a taxi.

Fly-Rides Shuttle Services on Wedding Day

October 9, 2022 4:00 pm - 12:00 am

There will be 3 buses that will arrive at 4 PM, depart by 4:30 PM from DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Austin, West 15th Street, arriving to Pecan Springs Ranch. Travel time is estimated 23-45 minutes depending on traffic. Guests will arrive to the venue around 5:30 PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 6PM. We will have the shuttles also departing towards the end of the night around 11PM, but you can leave whenever you'd like using Uber & Lyft accommodations.
