How do we get to the venue?

Answer

Private vehicles are not allowed at our venue. Shuttles will be taking guests to and from the venue. Shuttles will pick guests up at The Hyatt and return guests to the Hyatt at the end of the reception.

How far is the venue from The Hyatt?

Answer

The Historic Thunderbird Lodge is about 6 miles south of The Hyatt.

Does it get cold along Lake Tahoe?

Answer

Wear Layers --- temperatures can drop and the wedding is oudoors.

Should I wear my favorite stilettos?

Answer

Only if you are a great rock climber! The venue is an adventure with rock pathways and guests have the opportunity to tour the Lodge. Cocktail hour will also be around a rock pathway.

Love fancy bathroms?

Answer

Not on August 3rd! Due to the historic nature of the Lodge, guests get to rough it using our "executive restroom" rental. Get ready!
