Question

Are there other hotel options close to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We reserved rooms at a small number of hotels but there are many other options in the area. Some options to take a look at are: Courtyard by Marriott Saratoga Springs, The Pavilion Grand Hotel, The Inn at Saratoga, Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs, Saratoga Arms, The Inn at Five Points, Saratoga Casino Hotel, and Homewood Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation as both hotels are within walking distance of the reception venue. The church is a short 5 minute drive or Uber ride from the Embassy Suites and 2 minutes from the Hampton Inn. We will have the bridal party lead the way to the after-party venue from the reception!

Is there parking near the ceremony / reception?

Answer

St. Clement's has a full parking lot outside of the church so no need to worry. There is limited parking at the reception venue so we encourage walking or a (very) short Uber ride.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love and adore each and every one of our guests' children, we are looking forward to an adults-only evening (and we hope you are too!).

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie. We encourage men to break-out that tuxedo in the back of their closet if they so desire, but otherwise a dark suit is great. Women may wear evening gowns or cocktail dresses.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception will end at 11pm. We will be throwing an afterparty following the reception to which the bridal party will lead the way!
