Garden Cocktail Party - Semi Formal
We’re sharing hotel booking information early so guests who plan ahead can reserve lodging at our wedding venue. Formal invitations and RSVP details will be sent closer to the wedding date in September. The goal of the Save the Dates is to help secure travel and accommodations, especially since rooms at the lodge can book up quickly. Receiving a Save the Date does not require an immediate RSVP! We’ll ask for that later with our invitations
RSVPs will be collected via our website once invitations are sent out. If you already know you cannot make it, please touch base with Sawyer and Erica directly.
Please book directly through the link on our Book Your Stay page or by contacting Sun Mountain Lodge and mentioning the Major Mickle Wedding. Reservations made through third-party sites (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) cannot be added to our room block.
Yes! If you are trying to book with us through Sun Mountain Lodge a stay beyond the nights of September 25–27, please call or email the lodge directly to book additional nights at the wedding rate.

We love kids and are excited to have them join us if that works for your family! While we won’t be planning kid-centered activities (Sawyer is taking the weekend off lesson-plan duty), we’ll leave it completely up to parents’ discretion.
