The venue sits just below 9,000 feet in elevation. To prevent altitude sickness, we encourage guests to drink water regularly and eat at regular intervals. The venue also offers oxygen at the bar if guests are having trouble adjusting to the elevation. It is also recommended, if possible, to arrive an extra day or two early to help adjust to the altitude.
We will be providing shuttles to and from the hotels and the venue. We do not recommend driving yourself, as the mountain roads can be difficult, the venue has limited parking, and does not allow overnight parking. If you still wish to drive, please let us know so we can keep track of remaining parking spots, and remember the vehicle cannot remain there overnight.
Attire is formal. Think suit and tie, midi/full length dresses, jumpsuits, etc.
The ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting, with the reception being indoor/outdoor at the same location. The temperature at the venue is typically 10-15 degrees cooler than in Denver.
We love your kids but this will be an adults only celebration. If that is not possible please just reach out to Erica or Sam and we will get something figured out!
