What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there a dress code?

We respectfully request that our guests dress in all black. Black-tie is optional, with evening gowns, suits, or tuxedos warmly welcomed. We're excited to create a timeless and sophisticated atmosphere for our celebration, and we hope you'll embrace the mood by dressing in all black.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While we won’t be providing transportation, the ceremony and reception are just a short distance apart, making it easy to travel between them. There’s parking available at the hotel, church and reception venue, and rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are convenient choices.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, limited parking is available at St. Ann's Church and on the Newport Marina Pier (Battello), with approximately 30 spots each. Additional parking for the reception may be found across the street at the Newport South Parking Garage.
