Erica and Phil met in September 2017. They found themselves sitting next to each other on the bus ride back from friends' Ashley and Tim Khars wedding. Luckily, Erica's friend Elana Huber insisted that they get on this bus and not wait for the next one! After a conversation about Boston and Lobster Rolls on the bus ride, Erica and Phil continued talking over drinks and Pizza at the after party. The next day Phil asked Ashley for Erica's number and the two went out on their first date at Luke's Lobster on the Upper West Side. Many Upper West Side dates later, Phil decided to move in with Erica on the Upper West Side. After almost two years together, many vacations, family events and lots more dates, Phil re-created their first date at Luke's Lobster and a few of their favorite bars and proposed in their apartment at the end of the night with flowers set up everywhere by friends' Brian and Becky. And the rest is history...
