It was a classic meant to be story, where Pedro and Erica were at the right place at the right time. Erica and her friend Sam planned an evening downtown. A brief hiccup in the night delayed their arrival to the local bar and almost cost them the night out. They arrive at the Biltmore after enjoying a sweet breakfast at a local cafe. He takes her for a walk to a secluded area to see a statue that represents love. They set the camera up to take a picture together, when Pedro decided to get down on one knee and propose. Erica was concerned at first because she thought he was falling to the ground before she realized he had a ring in his hand and was asking her to marry him. It was truly an unforgettable moment filled with laughs, tears, and so much love.
