How far is the venue from the airport?

The Lucky Arrow Retreat is 32 miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).

When is the deadline to reserve accommodations?

Answer

Our room block will be released to the public 90 days before check-in, and the 10% group discount will no longer be available. Please reserve your room by November 1, 2025, to secure the discounted rate.

What type of accommodations are onsite?

Answer

The retreat features 16 Courtyard Cabins, each grouped in clusters of four around a communal courtyard with a fire pit and two hot tubs. Each standalone cabin has vaulted ceilings, a full private bathroom, a comfy queen bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and rural WiFi. Each cabin includes up to two adults (13+) and two children (12 & under). You can add up to two more adults for $20 per person, per day. Kids 12 & under stay free, and the max capacity is four guests per cabin. If you’d like to be assigned near friends or family, let us know, and we can arrange it!

The retreat offers a variety of amenities, including: A beer garden (open 8 AM–11 PM) Two outdoor pools Axe throwing BBQ grills Yard games & hiking trails Hot tubs & fire pits Pack ’n Plays (available upon request) A neighboring winery

What time is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Check-in: 4 PM – 8 PM at the front desk. If arriving after this window, notify the retreat in advance to receive arrival details via text and email. Check-out: By 11 AM. Simply lock the door, return the key to the lockbox, and scramble the code—no need to check out at the office.

Does the retreat allow alcohol?

Answer

Guests can enjoy drinks at the onsite beer garden (8 AM–11 PM), but personal alcohol is not permitted in shared spaces on the property.

So…is a cowboy hat part of the dress code?

Answer

Not exactly, but let’s just say it’s strongly encouraged! To kick off the weekend, we’re bringing in a pop-up hat bar at our rehearsal dinner on Thursday. You’ll have the chance to purchase a 100% wool hat ($90-$180 pre-tax) and add your own flair with fun accessories and branding. Hats are totally optional, but if you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind souvenir from our Texas celebration, grab one at the bar—no need to pack one yourself! What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception officially ends at 11 PM, but retreat quiet hours begin at 9 PM, so the final two hours will be held inside the event center.
