What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

Please read in it's entirety. Parking is only available for overnight cabin guests. The only exception is Saturday morning for yoga and the picnic with guests leaving the grounds by 2pm. We have transportation shuttles that will take you to and from the venue on Friday and Saturday night that will have pickups/dropoffs at a location in both Hood River and White Salmon. Exact meeting points will be shared soon!

Where should I stay?

Please choose a hotel or airbnb/VRBO near Stevenson, Washington or Hood River, Oregon. We will have pickup locations in both towns. We have put together a few recommendations that can be found here: zola.com/wedding/ericaandnoel2025/travel

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

Since there is no wedding guest parking at the venue, transportation to/from Wind Mountain Ranch will be provided - pick-ups will be organized at designated spots in Hood River and White Salmon. The locations and times are to be finalized soon!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Friday: - Sunset wine tasting: Cocktail attire. Saturday: - Yoga on the lawn (morning): Something loose and comfortable. - Picnic on the lawn (afternoon): Dress comfortably and casually! Picnic blankets to be provided. Bring sunscreen/hats and a light jacket in case it gets windy. - Cocktail hour and wedding ceremony: Formal attire. Still not sure? We will have several vegetarian (V), vegan (V+), pescetarian, and gluten-free (GF) options

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Wine will be the highlight of the wedding, with the Friday wine tasting event having wines sourced from our top 4 favorite wineries. On Saturday, in addition to wine, we will also be serving beer and a couple of our favorite cocktails.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat for Saturday yoga?
