When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website by September 20th to ensure we save you a seat! Formal invitations will be sent in July.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask for guests to dress for the occasion in formal attire or black tie optional. Colors: For inspiration, consider shades that capture the essence of fall! Bridesmaids will be wearing olive green, while the groomsmen will be in black suits. Additionally, our entire wedding will be outdoors, so make sure to bring a shawl, sweater, or jacket!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will pick up guests in front of the Westlake Village Inn. Please arrive by 2:30 pm, as shuttles will depart shortly after. The ceremony will begin after 3 pm!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity restrictions, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited by our wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.

Is there onsite parking for the wedding?

Answer

There will be complimentary shuttles taking all guests to and from Westlake Village Inn and Cielo Farms! Driving and rideshares are not recommended for safety reasons. Please note that rideshares are not easily accessible from the wedding venue. For more details on shuttle pick up times and location, check out the Schedule tab!

How do I get to the Lakeside Patio for the Welcome Party?

Answer

When you arrive at the Westlake Village Inn, head left from the main entrance and follow the pathway toward the lake. The Lakeside Patio is the outdoor space by the water. Hotel staff can help guide you if needed. Rideshare guests should be dropped off at the main entrance and can follow the garden pathway to the lake.

Where Should I Eat in Westlake Village?

On-Site at Westlake Village Inn: Stonehaus – Wine bar with pizzas, salads, charcuterie boards, and a great patio. Mediterraneo – Upscale Mediterranean cuisine with lake views. Club Louie’s – Chic lounge bar that serves cocktails and small plates. Very Close By: Boccaccio’s – Just down the road, on Westlake Lake. Classic Italian with waterfront dining, perfect for sunset views. The Landing Grill & Sushi Bar – Right across from Boccaccio’s on the lake. Great for sushi lovers and casual lakeside dining. Zin Bistro Americana – Another lakeside option with American cuisine, nice ambiance, and a lively bar scene.
