When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would appreciate it if you could let us know if you can attend by August 1st, 2025, so we can finalize our guest list. If you have not responded by this date, we will assume you have politely declined the invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to be comfortable while expressing their style so the dress code will be more casual. For example, men wear a button down and khakis and women wear a nice sundress/outfit. It will be an outdoor reception under a pavilion in fall weather, please wear appropriate attire/shoes.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, the reception will be an adult-only celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at both locations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before 11:45am, the ceremony will be starting promptly at 12pm.

Is the bar open or cash?

Answer

We are putting a sum of money towards the bar and then it will turn into a cash bar. Cash ONLY, no credit!!! No ATM on premises.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The food will be buffet style, please let us know if you have any allergies so we can pass them along to the catering staff.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block. We have listed the closest hotels in the travel section of this website. We recommend staying in East Greenbush/North Greenbush as that is closest to the venue.
