What time is the ceremony

The wedding will start at 6pm we ask that you are at least 20 to 30 minutes early for signing guest book and seating.

What time will the reception start?

Answer

We will have cocktail hour between 7-8p while the wedding party takes pictures before the reception to follow at 8pm

Are kids allowed ?

Answer

Yes, with adult supervision & just make sure you include the number of kids on rsvps. As well as no running around or playing this is an adult event, but children are welcome as long as they are supervised by their parent.

Will we have to pay for drinks?

No,but you can tip the bartender that will be serving if you like

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, Our guest count is to include 150 people but if it’s more we need to know ahead of time to accommodate all

Do we have 2 options for entrees?

Answer

No, my apologies we meant to go back and correct that. The entree that will be served is blacken chicken with Alfredo sauce served with mash potatoes and mixed vegetables

Can we bring gifts?

Answer

Yes, we have registries setup for those unable to attend or who would like to just send a gift. But yes you can bring a gift to the ceremony we will have a gift table setup..

Do we need to wear specific colors?

Answer

No not all, our colors are navy, blush pink, ivory, and rose gold. If you choose to wear one of our colors that’s fine , but you can wear whatever you like as long as your causal or formal..

Will mask be required ?

Answer

Yes mask will be required please wear accordingly and they will be provided as well as temperature checks before entering the building. We want everyone to feel safe and have a great time.

Any Covid precautions in place ?

Answer

The venue has regularly sanitized cleanings but we will also be passing out mask checking temperature and providing hand sanitizers as well. Spacing will also be in place so tables will have the 6 ft space in between them as well!

Can I bring my child ?

Answer

Yes, just please make sure you are supervising this is an adult event and dancing and drinking will be happening. But you can still bring your child.

Can we bring gifts or you want it all to be done through the registry?

Yes you can bring gifts the registry is just for family and friends who couldn’t make it to give you an idea of things we like.

Can we just sit anywhere ?

We are going to try to have the tables assigned for everyone who has already rsvp to make sure they are seated properly.

How many people can we bring ?

Answer

We have a guest list of 80 ppl to include additional people a total head count of 150 anything additional can come but max capacity will be 200 and everyone might not be served as far as dinner, that’s why we wanted ppl to make sure they rsvp.
