When should I RSVP by?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Hotel accommodations can be found in the travel section. The group name for the hotel blocks is BODT-LORBER WEDDING

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There will be parking available if you choose to drive to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the hotels. Keep in mind, the shuttle will ONLY be stopping at the Holiday Inn and the La Quinta. If you are staying at the Comfort Inn and want to take the shuttle, please make your way across the street to either pick up spot. **The shuttle will pick up guests at 3pm** There will be a total of 3 stops from the hotel to the ceremony, but ONLY one stop back to the hotels after the wedding has ended.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is black tie optional. For ladies- Cocktail dresses or long dresses are perfect! For men- Tuxes, suits, and sports coats are all acceptable. No jeans, and all ties are optional.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adult only event.

The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitted). The reception will be held inside following the ceremony.
