What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Black Tie Preferred. We ask that our guests wear evening gowns, tuxedos, or dark colored suits. We would love for you to dress up with us for a romantic winter evening, please avoid wearing shades of white but feel free to have fun with it!! Need Inspo? Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we want you to relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to meet our venue's capacity restrictions. The guests invited will be included on the online rsvp.

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by October 1st 2026 so we can plan accordingly!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see our travel page for hotel room block info! The bride and groom will be staying at the Kimpton Schofield hotel.

Is there parking for the event?

Answer

Yes! Valet parking is included by the Union Club. However, no cars can be left in the garage overnight. If you plan on drinking, please walk to the venue or take an uber. The hotels are about a 5 minute walk from the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers and a content creator to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! At cocktail hour and the reception feel free to take and post as many photos as you’d like and make sure to tag and share with the bride and groom!
