We kindly request that only the guests (and children, if listed) named on your invitation attend. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping our celebration intimate and appreciate your understanding.
Cocktail attire. Think dressy but comfortable — jackets and dresses welcome!
The ceremony will be in the covered outdoor pavilion, cocktail hour in the outdoor gravel patio, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors with access to the outdoor gravel patio and fire pits. We recommend dressing for the forecast and bringing a light jacket.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for seating and a smooth start.
Yes! There is plenty of space to self-park. Uber and Lyft are accessible. A shuttle will also be provided from the Mooresville Hilton, making one trip to the venue prior to the ceremony and one trip back to the hotel at the end of the evening (shortly after 10pm).
We will have passed appetizers during cocktail hour and food stations for dinner to allow our guests to select foods they love. If you have any food allergies, please let us know on your RSVP, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs.
Yes! We’ll have an open bar with a selection of beer, wine, and premium spirits.
