When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Formal attire is not required! Feel free to dress in whatever makes you comfortable.

We recommend that you arrive by 5:45pm to allow time to find parking.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

FROM THE EAST BAY Highway 80 across the Bay Bridge, take the Civic Center/Ninth Street exit. Turn right onto Ninth Street, stay in the right lane, and turn right onto Larkin Street. Turn left on Geary and take Geary to Ocean Beach. FROM THE SOUTH BAY Highway 280 North to the 19th Avenue exit. Proceed on 19th Avenue into Golden Gate Park, make a left onto 25th Avenue, and proceed to Geary Blvd. Cross Geary and make two left turns. Turn right back onto Geary to Ocean Beach. FROM THE NORTH BAY 101 South across the Golden Gate Bridge. Take the 19th Avenue exit and proceed to Geary Blvd. Turn right on Geary and continue to Ocean Beach.

Where do I park? Do you have valet parking?

Answer

We do have valet parking beginning at 5:00 pm for $10.00 per car. There is also free parking on the street as well as parking lots up the hill and at the beach. Very Important: Do not leave anything visible in your car. Car break-ins are frequent in this area.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

San Francisco basks in warm, sunny weather during October. This is the city's second hottest month of the year. However, we will be on the coast in the evening, there will be a breeze so we recommend you bring layers. Average high is 69 °F Average low is 54 °F

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on the terrace and the reception will be indoors in a connected room. We will have access to the terrace throughout the evening.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the terrace room where we will be serving appetizers and drinks.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, there will be passed appetizers while the bride and groom are taking pictures and then a sit down dinner followed by cake. There will also be an open bar.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes, there will be a vegan option available. If you have any other dietary restrictions please indicate them on the RSVP card so we may let the venue know.
