Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask our guest to arrive NO LATER than 3:15 p.m. to allow enough time for parking and locating your seat. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m. We want to make sure everyone is settled in before we say "I DO!"

How do I RSVP

Answer

You will be able to RSVP on this website, scan the QR code on the Save the dates or mail in a reply card.

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

You must RSVP by September 5, 2025. The venue will ONLY accommodate guest who have RSVP'd. No additional guest permitted. *Formal Invitations will go out in June 2025*

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking for all phones and devices to be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer & videographer to capture this moment for all of us! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want, however we request that you don't post on Social Media until AFTER the Bride or Groom post. Use the following hashtag when you post. #WheatonEvaAfter

What is the dress code?

Answer

Leave the tuxedos and stilettos behind! We encourage relaxed clothing but please no shorts or sneakers. We recommend flowy dresses, light fabrics, cowboy/cowgirl boots, hats and denim. Please refrain from wearing white as it is traditionally reserved for the Bride.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No. We have carefully selected all of our guests. Unless otherwise indicated on your wedding invitation. This is an invitation & RSVP only event.

Are children allowed to come?

Answer

We love the kids, but no kids will be allowed at the event, with the exception of the wedding party kids (flower girls & ring bearers).

Where should I sit?

Answer

Pick a seat not a side we're all family once the knot is tied. (Just not the 1st row of either side)

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Margaritas, Beer & Wine coolers will be provided, please feel free to tip our bartenders. Drinks on us the hangover is on you. Please Drink Responsibility. *Due to venue policy & regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Do not feel obliged to buy us a gift. All that we are expecting is you. We are blessed and have more than enough but if you would like to give something a contribution towards are honeymoon would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! -Erica & Jimmy-

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will not attend". If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Erica- 979-446-8108 Jimmy- 936-245-9838.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.
