When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask all guests to RSVP by May 23, 2025 so we can finalize all the details for our big day. Your response helps us make sure there’s a seat (and a plate!) just for you. We can’t wait to celebrate together!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. The venue will be accessible to guests starting at 4 PM. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking, locating the ceremony space, and getting seated. Unfortunately, late seating will not be permitted, so please plan accordingly.

Where will the ceremony be held?
Answer
The ceremony will take place on the rooftop of Hotel Ballard. The space features a covered area with retractable walls that transform it into an open-air setting, connecting to the surrounding balcony (weather permitting). Once you have arrived in the lobby of Hotel Ballard, take the elevator to the roof where the ceremony will be held.

What should I wear?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to wear semi-formal attire. Since it’s a summer celebration, we’d love to see colorful outfits, pastels, and florals that reflect the playfulness of the season! Light, breathable fabrics are encouraged—just keep it polished and festive!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to limited venue capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invite/digital RSVP.

While we love your little ones, we request that our wedding day be a celebration for adults only.
