Erica and Jake had their first date in Perryville, MO at Mary Jane’s. This was their first time meeting in person, but it felt like they had known each other for years. After spending hours laughing, playing darts, and getting to know each other, they knew they had found something special. They officially started their relationship on September 20, 2024.

Jake planned a weekend getaway in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee the weekend of his and Erica’s anniversary. Little did Erica know, this would be when Jake would propose. The morning of their anniversary, Jake and Erica started their day getting ready for Dollywood. After Erica finished getting ready, Jake let her know that she was his best friend, and he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her and asked for her hand in marriage. After saying OMG many times, she said YES!!
