Matron of Honor
My older sister by 7.5 years! Taylor has always looked out for me and has always had my best interest at heart. Upon graduating high school, Taylor advised our parents to move me to a different school and is the reason I met most of the girls standing alongside me today. Taylor is kind, loyal and incredibly smart. She will always be one of my greatest role models. There is no one else I'd rather have right beside me on my big day!
Best Man
I had the honor of living with Jobe for three and a half years at UT after playing baseball with him through high school. My college years were so special to me, mostly because of the people around me. Those years with Jobe were filled with memories that I could use this entire website to write about, but will spare you the time. Jobe and I saw each other at our worsts and bests and everywhere in between and he’s everything I could have ever wanted in a best friend. I am honored to have such an incredible person standing right beside me as I say “I do” to forever with Erica.
Bridesmaid
I met Emily, along with the rest of the Swift family, a couple of weeks after I had gone on my first date with Ethan. Naturally, I was nervous but the second I walked through the door, I was greeted with many hugs and sweet smiles. Emily is so kind and gentle to everyone and everything she encounters. I'm so honored to call her soon-to-be little sis!
Groomsman
I have viewed Brodie as a big brother figure in life since we met my freshman year of high school. He has taught me so many things ranging from how to clean a fish, to how to get a better first step on a fly ball. He has been my go to guy for any advice I have needed and will always make time to see me. Everyone needs what I’ve found in Brodie in their lives.
Bridesmaid
Audrey was my first friend upon moving to Signal Mountain. We spent all of our weekends together for years through softball tournaments and sleepovers. Audrey is a stranger to no one and a friend to all! If you get lucky, she might even tell you what letter of the alphabet you look like or what animal you resonate with. I'm so blessed to have such a sweet friend standing by my side.
Groomsman
Hayden is probably the friendship that stressed my mother out the most. We were always looking for the next mountain to climb or waterfall to jump off of (or mistakenly sling car keys into). Hayden’s outgoing personality played a key role in mine and Erica’s story as he was the reason I was on the softball team where I initially met Erica.
Bridesmaid
Jenna's first encounter with me was in 6th grade at softball practice when I nailed her in the head with a softball (on accident). We grew closer through our classes and Jenna decided to be-friend the weird new girl, while I believed I was saving Jenna from the scary popular crowd. From that point forward, Jenna became an honorary member of the Woodward family and is considered one of their own:)
Groomsman
Peyton is a “last name friend” and writing out his first name feels incredibly wrong. With that out of the way, Pugh is a guy who effortlessly fills any room with laughter the second he walks in. He is the second of the three guys (Hayden, Nate) I have known the longest and been able to experience every aspect of life with. This group changed my life and shaped me into the man I am today, and I couldn’t be more grateful for each of them.
Bridesmaid
Janie and I met our 6th grade year through basketball but became best-friends during a volleyball tournament, when our iconic trio was formed with Miss Grace Williams (See Below). Janie and I have had the privilege of experiencing many of life's firsts together, learning how to navigate the highs and lows. Janie is one of my most loyal friends and I wouldn't be who I am today without her!
Groomsman
Nate was my throwing partner in baseball from as early as I can remember to our last game senior year. Growing up, we spent nearly every weekend together, rotating between Pugh’s, his, or my house. Those weekends were filled with basketball, blitzball, Fortnite, and countless other activities that created life long memories.
Bridesmaid
Part 3 of the Iconic Trio mentioned above! Grace and I met through volleyball in middle school. Before we became friends, I thought grace was super cool and really funny, as I got to know her more, this turned out to be true! Over the years, we shared endless kitchen dance parties, drives on the brow listening to Taylor Swift, rom-com movie nights and weekends at the lake. Grace is my silliest friend who has the biggest heart of all. I couldn't say "I Do" without Grace by my side.
Groomsman
I met Noah right before senior year started when he moved from Michigan. We instantly got close as we were both outfielders and had a shared passion for fishing. We’ve been on the lake together since he moved and will always find some time to get our lines wet.
Bridesmaid
Macy and I met over instagram during our search for a freshman year roommate at the University of Tennessee. We knew we'd make a great pair after our shared weekend in Nashville, bonding over our love for coffee and country music. From that point forward, we spent every moment together, navigating nursing school and life outside of class. Macy was with me the day I first met Ethan and has truly witnessed our love story from the start. Macy is full of light and laughter. I'm delighted to have her by my side.
Groomsman
Noah was a friendship that grew from him being the only other significant other in Erica’s apartment consistently there. His love for Jesus is extremely evident and I’m sure we have found great friends for life in Noah and Macy.
Bridesmaid
Abby and I met the same weekend I met Macy, during the summer of 2022. I knew I would be in good hands when Macy introduced me to her sweet hometown friends, Abby being one of them. Since the moment I met Abby, she has been all things kind and warm. Abby is the definition of sunshine in human form. Our friendship blossomed when we decided to tackle summer school at Dolly Parton's Children's Hospital. We truly spent every moment together and there is no one else I'd rather have by my side.
Groomsman
Max is the my closest friend that UT Engineering has blessed me with. Mechanical Engineers and Biomedical Engineers have the same trajectory until they split off senior year, so there were few semesters that I wasn’t with Max for at least a class or two. Max is super caring and I can always count on for a smile. Max is one of the smartest people I know and I’m convinced he will cure cancer one day, but don’t tell him I said that.
Bridesmaid
I met Sydney my freshman year of college through the Nursing Living Learning Community. I always admired Sydney's authenticity and thoughtfulness. As time went on, we bonded through nursing school and in 2025 Sydney became an honorary member of Quarry Trail Apartment 108. Sydney quickly became one of my best friends. She's always there when you need her, is quick to listen and gives the best advice. I'm so thankful that UT brought me Sydney and that she is standing beside me on my special day.
Groomsman
Alex is one of my most intentional friends- always asking the “how are you, really?” questions. Alex was on the executive committee of Life Without Limits alongside me and I was able to see him pour into people and grow as a leader. Alex is going into the Air Force and will talk to you for a very long time about planes (you should ask him about them).
Bridesmaid
Ava and I met our sophomore year of college through small group at Sevier Heights Baptist Church. I immediately gravitated towards Ava's warm personality. I quickly learned of her kind heart, love for Jesus and dedication to the friendships in her life. Ava is the most intentional person I know and is also a woman of many talents. Ava is a ceramic artist, nail artist, painter, baker, chef, plant whisperer and so much more. Ava amazes me everyday and I always leave her presence feeling better than when I arrived. I couldn't say "I do" without Ava beside me.
Groomsman
Cole is another mechanical engineer so we’ve suffered in all the same classes since we got stuck together on a group project freshman year. Cole is a great, reliable friend that I’m very fortunate to have crossed paths with at UT.
