Bus pick up in Hanoi !

The overnight bus will pick everyone up in Hanoi. I have tentatively picked the location “Note Cafe” as a pick up location. If it changes I will announce it. The bus will leave at 12:15 AM. Please remember the bus ride is 6 hours to Sapa.

Arrival at Hotel

6:00 am

We arrive to Sapa at 6am. The hotel has agreed to hold our luggage until check in. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. We would like everyone to take September 7 as a free day to explore Sapa. We will be offering suggestions on what to do in Sapa as we approach the date.

Dear Guests, We’re happy to share that hotel rooms have been reserved in advance for our event. Once you RSVP, we will provide you with the hotel details and instructions for securing your room. In order to finalize your room please RSVP along with room payment of $234.00 for the 2 nights for the Premium Bungalow. We look forward to celebrating with you and appreciate your timely response.
