Erica and Janae met while Erica was as a travel nurse in Boise. Now, they work together in the ICU and live 5 minutes from each other. Janae has been a huge help in giving advice to Erica as she steps into the "mom" role with Chris's 2 boys. Janae has 2 kids of her own. They love getting their families together to play and the 2 couples have even gone on vacation together.
Cindy Williams
Bridesmaid
Cindy was Erica's first nurse friend she made when she came to Boise in 2016. They quickly learned they both had a love for hiking! Cindy is always up for however many miles Erica wants to do. Now, they run their fur-babies all over the foothills together.
Gaige Donelson
Best Man/Groom's son
Gaige has had a very important role in his dad's and Erica's engagement. He kept it a secret for 2 months that Chris had a ring. What 8 year old do you know that could stay quiet on something like this? ;) He was also the photographer for popping the question. Erica should have known the engagement was coming when Gaige's question changed from "When are you and Dad getting married?" to "When are you and dad going to have a baby?" I think it's safe to say that Gaige gave his approval for Chris and Erica to get married. Gaige is Chris's perfect mini-me. He is so sweet and smart. He's a lot of fun to have around.
Joshua Connell
Groomsman
Josh has grown to be one of Chris's best friends in adulthood. He has been there for Chris through thick and thin. They encourage and learn from each other. They have been on countless adventures together. Ask one of them to tell you about concrete countertops with epoxy or corraling cows in their neighborhood. Chris, Josh, and their boys are sure to be lifelong besties and grow alongside each other in life.
Coltin Donelson
Ring Bearer
Coltin is Chris's younger son. We like to say his personality is "spicy". He's full of spunk, giggles, curiosity, and questions. He loves to sing to the radio, just like his dad. Although he would rather throw flowers around like crazy he will keep us all on our toes as the ring bearer. If there is one thing Coltin is good at, it's remembering a special task given to him. However, he lost all of his seashells from the ocean the last time we went, so let's hope he doesn't lose the ring.
