Parking at Vance Mountain is EXTREMELY limited. To avoid having vehicles parked in the aisle where the bride will be walking, we have arranged for a shuttle to pick up our guests from the reception cabin and bring them to the venue a short distance away (approximately 1 mile). We ask guests to park at the cabin where the reception will take place and arrive before 5 P.M. The shuttle will leave the cabin promptly at 5 P.M. for the ceremony venue. 

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 P.M.

Following the ceremony, the shuttle will bring guests back to the cabin for dinner and drinks. And of course cake!
