Where should I stay?

Answer

We will be staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort in Honolulu. There are many places you can stay on the island, but if you’d like to be close to the festivities you can stay near Waikiki Beach in Honolulu. Waikiki is about 10 miles from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) in Honolulu.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be group transportation available from the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort to the ceremony location. Guests that are taking the shuttle will be notified of the exact meeting location at the resort in the weeks leading up to the wedding. The shuttle will also take any passengers back to the resort once the ceremony and wedding photo session have concluded. The celebratory dinner will be held at the resort, at the Bali Oceanfront Restaurant. Please note, the ceremony is on private property and taxis/Ubers are not permitted.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you will not be taking the group transportation from Waikiki, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early. Due to the short window we have for photography, we will have to start the ceremony on time. Note: because of the regulations set by owner of the private property the ceremony is being held on, you cannot arrive in a taxi/Uber.
