Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately we can only accommodate listed guests. We are having a small, intimate wedding so we are not including plus ones unless they are listed as your guest on our website.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Only immediate family members' kids are invited due to limited space.

Where should I stay for the weekend?

Answer

There are recommendations under the "Hotels" tab for hotels in Eagle that are within walking distance to the wedding venue but any Airbnb or hotel in Eagle would be convenient. You could also stay in any hotel or Airbnb in downtown Boise, which is about 20 minutes away. There are plenty of hotels, restaurants and shopping options in downtown Boise.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Wedding attire is formal cocktail. Think suits and button up dress shirts for men and cocktail or formal floor length dresses and heels for women. Just make sure that you can dance in it for hours in the summer heat!

Can I bring a flask or my own alcohol to the venue?

Answer

Idaho law states that the venue must provide all food and beverages for the evening so please leave your flasks at the hotel.

Can I smoke at the venue?

There is a smoking patio at the venue.

When should I arrive for the weekend?

Answer

Wednesday evening or Thursday morning would suffice but keep in mind that the airport is about 20 minutes from the venue so you will need time to check in to your hotel and get dressed before the evening begins.

What is the weather like in Boise in June?

Answer

The weather in Idaho can be very unpredictable, particularly in June. One day it may be sunny and 65 with a brief summer rain storm and then the next day it may be 92 and sweltering. No matter what, it always cools down in the evening. Even when it's in the 90s during the day, it always cools down to at least the 60s at night so bring a jacket and sweats for your stay.

What should I pack for the weekend?

Answer

Bring your wedding attire and dancing shoes of course! In addition to those, also plan to bring walking shoes for walking along the Greenbelt (walking path along the Boise river that runs from Boise through Eagle), a bathing suit and water shoes for floating/ paddle boarding the river, fishing gear, a bike...the options are endless!
