From the hotel to the venue, the first trip will be at 3 PM and the second at 3:40 PM. The venue is about 15 minutes away. If you are checking into the hotel on Sunday 9/18 then please call the front desk at (609) 987-1234 to see if you can have an early check in. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed, but the hotel staff will let you know if it can be accommodated. From the venue to the hotel, we expect that 2-3 trips will need to be made. The shuttle is reserved during the whole reception and can take guests early if needed. The first organized trip will be at 9:30 PM. If you want to guarantee getting an early ride back to the hotel then I recommend taking this ride. The next shuttle will be at 10:15 PM followed by one last shuttle at 10:45 PM. Please keep in mind that the reception ends at 10 PM so those who are waiting for the last shuttle will need to wait in the lobby or outside. If you do not want to risk waiting until 10:45, then I recommend taking the 9:30 PM ride.

We rented the Wilson banquet room from 10:30 PM -1:30 AM. It will be a cash bar, no food included. The banquet room holds about 50 people. Guests are also welcome to grab a drink at the main hotel bar or purchase a drink at the Laurea market to bring to the lounge area in the lobby.
