What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at Swan Harbor Farm between 5:30 and 5:45 pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 pm. Anyone who is not seated by 6:00 pm will be asked to wait in their car to avoid disrupting the ceremony.

What is the dress attire?

Answer

Garden Party Formal! Ladies: Think nice tea-length or full-length dresses! Florals, texture, and fun colors encouraged! Fellas: Think slacks, a nice shirt, and nice shoes! Suits are welcome - but it will be warm, so dress according to your comfort level! In all cases, no matter gender, absolutely no shorts, jeans, T-shirts, or casual street wear, please!

Can I bring a guest/plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your invitation. This wedding is an intimate event with only close friends and family. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

This will be a fully unplugged ceremony. We will be asking all guests to silence and put away their cell phones. We fully understand that you want to capture this moment with us; we will have a team of two photographers and videographers on-site and are happy to distribute all ceremony photos after our wedding concludes!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love our littles and babies! However, this is an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night out with us!

Will there be parking on site?

Answer

Yes, the venue is equipped with ample paved and grass lot parking. If you plan to drink, please plan to use Uber, Lyft, or another alternative transportation.
