When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive before 2:45pm, there should be ample parking at the church!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for this to be a formal event! Please come in your best dressed, that would be appropriate for our church ceremony. Men are welcome to wear formal attire, and women are welcome to wear formal floor-length gowns or knee-length cocktail dresses. We ask that our guests refrain from wearing jeans.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we have limited seating available at both the Church and Crow River Winery. If we have your invite address with your name "and guest", you are more than welcome to bring along your someone special!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, due to space constraints we ask that only adults attend.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

At St. Paul's Lutheran Church, you are welcome to park in the parking lot located behind the church or along the streets! Crow River Winery has parking available on the West side of the venue. You are welcome to leave vehicles overnight, but they must be moved by 9:00 am on Sunday morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We have a shuttle service arranged to pick up guests from the Cobblestone Hotel and the AmericInn at 5:00pm, before the reception begins. We will have a shuttle service running every hour to the hotels during the dance, with the last stops being at the Glencoe City Center and Plato City Hall!
