You should plan to arrive at 4:30 PM. ThorpeWood is in the mountains and the ceremony will take place a distance from the parking lot. There will be golf carts to transport guests. For arriving at ThorpeWood, we recommend taking the free shuttle that will be provided to transport guests between the Hilton Garden Inn Frederick and ThorpeWood. You can take this shuttle even if you are not staying at the hotel. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4 PM and head back to the hotel at 10 PM.
