We’re so excited to celebrate with you

I (Erica) wasn’t really looking for any kind of relationship at the time ... mutual friends of ours kept saying how perfect we’d be for each other and that we needed to at least hang out. After much nudging from these friends, I gave in (Mainly to get them off my back)... we hung out and both ate a man sized steak and the conversation just flowed naturally. We had so many things in common and life had thrown us some tough obstacles along the way. We could relate to each other easily. No personas, No attempts at trying to impress each other, just being our authentic selves. Then came our first kiss ... this 1 event could have easily blown everything off course ... in fact it was the most AWKWARD first kiss either of us ever had! Let’s just say, he waited too long, I panicked, a head was turned quickly and the kiss face planted my side cheek. So much so that the thought crossed both our minds to stand each other up for what was supposed to be our official first date a couple days later. But low and behold, we took a chance ... he remained super patient with me ... breaking down walls I had placed up... and then I fell in love like you fall asleep .:: slowly and then all at once! Life always throws curve balls and sometimes they hit you hard! We both feel that God Blessed the Broken Road that led us to each other! We have a beautiful family with Harmony, Makenzie, Chris and our long awaited baby boy Bentley. We’re blessed with such loving and supportive friends and family and are looking forward to making our lifelong commitment “official” by celebrating with you all!
