The headlands trail is a short walk from the village of Mendocino. Feel free to grab a cup of coffee at one of the cute cafes and take a walk along the bluffs overlooking the ocean.
Russian Gulch State Park
There are a few trails in this park, we enjoyed the Russian Gulch Fern Canyon Trail
Big River Trail
Take a stroll or kayak up Big River, there are plenty of birds, ferns, foxglove, daisies, columbines to enjoy.
Glass Beach
Check out glass beach, where you can see pebbles of glass and cool rock formations.
