The Hemingway Home and Museum
You can't visit Key West without seeing anything about Ernest Hemingway! Erica's absolute favorite part of this museum is finding all the Hemingway cats that roam around! These special cats are descendants of Hemingway's six toed cat named Snow White.
Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park
On our big day, you have the opportunity to enter the state park free of charge on us! Enjoy your morning relaxing at the beach or explore the Historic Fort with a free guided tour from the park rangers at 11am. Just tell the guard at the gate our name for the wedding and they'll let you right in!
Dry Tortugas
For our adventurous friends out there, book a trip to one of Florida's few National Parks! This is an all-day affair if you are planning on arriving early or staying a little late. Take a ferry or a plane and head 70-miles west of Key West. Enjoy the historic Fort or the beach. Of course, Hans will tell you, though, the best part is the birding! Remember to bring your binos! Maybe you'll see some red footed boobies!
