Are kids welcome?

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. Thank you for understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RVSP by May 15 so we can give a total head count to our vendors! Thank you.

Where is the Kalamazoo Loft/when should I arrive?

Answer

The Kalamazoo Loft is located on the second floor of the Kalamazoo Building. Look for a green awning that says The Kalamazoo Building. Please keep in mind that at NO TIME can the front door be propped open or left open. There are other businesses in the building which is why the door must remain closed at all times. I will add some numbers to call to let you in closer to the wedding. You may begin arriving at 3:30pm and there will be a person to let you in prior to the ceremony start time at 4pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. There are several places to park downtown Kalamazoo. Free 90-minute street parking is available sporadically throughout the city. Is there a dress code?

Since our wedding is in the middle of summer, we would love to see summer cocktail for attire! We do request no jeans or hats!

What is the menu?

Answer

We will be having Braised Beef, Creamy Tuscan Chicken, Garlic Parmesan Fingerling Potatoes, Roasted Summer Veggies, and a side Caesar Salad. In addition to dinner, there will be appetizers during cocktail hour.
