When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 12th so that we can give our vendors a finalized count for everything!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm so it's best to arrive by 3:30pm to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that you dress in cocktail or formal attire. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Luke or Erica directly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are Airbnb and Vrbo rentals nearby and we are about 20 minutes from Downtown Asheville, so plenty of options! A few are included below: Holiday Inn Asheville East-Blue Ridge Pkwy (~15 min. from venue) Hampton Inn Asheville-Tunnel Road (~20 min. from venue) Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Tunnel Road (~20 min. from venue) Or you can book with "Yonder Vacation Rentals" who is offering a 5% off discount for Laurel Falls wedding guests that book homes on their platform using the code "LFWEDDINGS".

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please indicate on your RSVP any allergies/dietary restrictions so that we can let our caterer know ahead of time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are 35 parking spots total at the venue so we strongly encourage carpooling with others. There will be Laurel Falls staff on-site to direct parking.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be outdoors so please check the local weather beforehand and dress accordingly!
