Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! Kids and babies are invited. However, we ask that you be mindful of their behavior. There will be alcohol, dancing, and loud music at the reception. If that is a concern for your family, I would suggest a babysitter for the night. We are not providing childcare however, there is a room inside the manor designated for parents to take their children if a break is needed.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

NO. Our ceremony will be "unplugged", meaning no cell phone use at all. We request that you do not have your phone out during the ceremony at all. If your phone happens to be out, a member of the wedding party or our wedding planner will ask you to put it away or leave. A professional photographer was hired to capture our day for us, we do not need your help.

Will drinks be served?

Answer

Yes. We will be serving an assortment of beers and wines. Our venue has a strict no liquor policy that needs to be followed. Please do not bring liquor to wedding/reception. Rosa Lee Manor staff will evict anyone who disregards this rule.

Is the wedding pet friendly?

Answer

Believe it or not, we chose a venue that is not pet friendly. So please, leave the doggos at home.

How far away is the venue?

Answer

The Rosa Lee Manor is about an hour and ten minutes from Martinsville, VA. The Hampton Inn of Mount Airy is a very short drive away from the Manor if you are planning to stay.
