Jo's Coffee – South Congress

(I Love you So Much- sign) Austin staple to get your pic taken in front of the sign painted on the side of Jo's Coffee, and their coffee isn't bad either!

Austin Central Library, Austin Public Library

The Austin Library is a gorgeous piece of architecture and has a beautiful view from their rooftop. Highly recommend stopping by.

Polvo's Downtown Central

One of our favorite Tex/Mex places to eat and grab a margarita downtown.

Cosmic Saltillo

Great place to grab a coffee, or an afternoon cocktail/beer, and tacos!

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

One of Nick's favorite breakfast spots and their coffee is great too

Cenote

Favorite walk-up and order breakfast or lunch along with a coffee. Great breakfast burrito!

Whisler's

Great Cocktail bar/lounge. Not a place we frequent but we love their Mezcal tasting room on their rooftop. Indoor bar also has really cool vibes and the outdoor patio/yard is massive!

Licha's Cantina

Another favorite Mexican restaurant on East 6th, walking distance from our Halloween night party.

IYKYK

Really cool outdoor space connected to Inn Cahoots, a small hotel with an awesome rooftop bar. Always live music and plenty of space to spread out to have a drink.

Nasha

Great Indian/Mexican fusion spot for lunch or dinner. We know it can sound weird but the food is DELICIOUS

Hopdoddy Burger Bar

BURGERS: Some of Nick's favorite burgers in town, the parmesan fries and the hot honey sweet potato fries are GOOD.

The LINE Austin

If you're looking to splurge on a hotel room, Nick loves this place and they have an onsite restaurant that is one of few rooftops overlooking the river/lake. Overlooks Congress bridge as well where the bats fly out at sunset every night in the fall.

Auditorium Shores at Town Lake Metropolitan Park

Nick's favorite park in Austin. Overlooking downtown. Amazing views and a park Nick and Eric were in on their 2nd date.

Walton's Fancy & Staple

Breakfast/Lunch: Walk to counter and order. Easy fast breakfast and they serve it until 2pm Saturday and Sunday.

Dirty Bill's

Dive Bar next to many other dive bars on West 6th Street.

Upstairs at Caroline

Fun outdoor rooftop for eats and drinks downtown. You'll find some table games and corn hole here too.

The Driskill - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Great creepy old hotel in downtown Austin. Cool to walk through or stay there if you want! We wouldn't recommend hanging on 6th street just east of here on Friday or Saturday nights but you do you!

Firehouse Lounge

Speakeasy! Looks like you're walking into a Hostel but it's a REALLY cool bar inside usually with live entertainment.

Moonshine Grill

Brunch Sundays: Great brunch buffet setup with all kinds of Southern food. SO GOOD.

Cidercade Austin

Cider beer bar with free arcade games throughout. 18+ starting at 9pm

Violet Crown Social Club
